Nobody seems to have noticed that he is not suggesting lowering the price of beef by producing more in the U.S. He is fine with the high prices the rest of the country has to pay to feed their families. (Note: I'm not saying importing beef from Argentina is the solution.)

You seem to be operating under the impression that these are normal times. Of course, it is illegal for states to withhold federal taxes. But Trump’s violations of the Constitutition unconstrained by Congress and SCOTUS make these anything but normal times.
