Another good thing about diets is learning to appreciate the kind of food you didn't think was that great before.

For instance: fish.

While Cod is the mainstream choice, there's also Perch, Walleye, Halibut, Haddock, Snapper, Pollock, Catfish, and Swordfish. Each one with little differences.
