another manga haul... I went back to the book off to try and get more yu yu Hakusho but they didn't have the volumes I needed... so I wound up with these instead lol.

I blame @artifedex.bsky.social for the conan ones 😆 also decided to see what all the hype is about for hikaru

I'm actually reading through Yu Yu Hakusho in 日本語 and I'm... actually reading it!! lol. still a lot of words I don't know... but I'm trying to just go through it without looking anything up first. I'm almost finished with volume 2. I gotta go back to the book off I got it from to get 3 now...

look at this teeny tiny tape recorder thingie I got in a gacha machine!! it's perfect size for Yuki 😄

it actually plays clips of Japanese 80s songs and you can make small recordings on it. it even opens up and the little tape comes out it's so cute 🥺

it was definitely one of my main reasons for coming this time!! i highly recommend it if you can come some day. the most striking thing is the heavily incensed wood smell. it literally feels like you're going back in time, so cool 🤯
