In the classic Anglican prayer books, it's appointed at Morning Prayer every Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday.
One note about names. Beginning in the late twentieth century, some prayer books begin to call it the Great Litany, but that's just terminological inflation. It is great, but "the Litany" is the classic name in the Anglican tradition.
The Litany is a gem of the Anglican tradition, and it was the first English liturgy authorized by the Church of England. Archbishop Cranmer's sources were Latin, Greek, English, and German.

These are both in the appendix of additional prayers in the 1662 Book of Common Prayer: International Edition. The first is the Pentecost 14 collect in The Daily Office (1968) by the Joint Liturgical Group. The second is from a West Indies BCP.
